Learn the Heart starts with a phone call from the protagonist’s father. The day of the week and your pocket money are flashed on the upper left part of the screen, while you can find the map, inventory, and other essential icons on the right.

From there, you’re free to explore various places and unravel storylines with different romance options. You can meet girls at the beach, the grocery store, the park, and more. Improve your relationship levels with them by playing mini-games, giving them gifts they’ll love, and talking to them, among other things. As you make progress, you can eventually unlock special cutscenes with them.

Once you’ve established meet-cutes with your prospects, they will get added to your profile. Under the Partners menu, you’ll see how much progress you’ve made with them. Taking them out on dates in different parts of the town or giving them the priciest presents you can buy are good ways to build relationships, but be careful not to spend all of your money in one go.
